I've yet to watch an episode of YoGabbaGabba, but it makes me wanna have a kid just so they can learn to beatbox with the Biz. But then I'd need two of them... one to beatbox, and one to freestyle... "milk check one two one two, milk check one two one two." Do Kangols come in infant sizes?

Yasuko Agawa - “L.A.Night“

It's been three weeks now since I've moved back to LA from the Bay area. As much as I've enjoyed living in SF and Oakland, deep down I'm LA at heart. It took me a good 25 years to really appreciate it here, and being back again gives me a newfound excitement for what's to come.

If LA had a soundtrack, Yasuko Agawa's LA Nights would most definitely start it off (this or the "I Love LA" song they played at Laker games back in the day). It's how a good night in LA should sound like... it's that feeling of walking through the parking lot with your crew on your way to the club (slightly buzzed from the pre-drinking in the car), knowing it's gonna be a real good night.
